LENOVO Legion 5 PRO has a high level of performance, a 2K 16-inch 165 Hz display, sharp and accurate screen colour, a large SSD capacity, a comfortable keyboard, a full port, and an e-shutter stick for the webcam.

Laptops with 16-inch display panels first appeared on the market. Lenovo's Legion 5 Pro gaming laptop features AMD Ryzen mobile 5000 series processor specifications and an Nvidia RTX 30 series graphics card. Curious about the capabilities of Lenovo's first gaming laptop with a 16-inch screen? Check out the following review.

Design of the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro
Lenovo Legion's distinct minimalist design line has been preserved. The difference now is that the gaming aura is a little more enjoyable. The design is still recognisable. The pull of two slashes, as well as the Y Legion logo that lights up in the aluminium case, immediately reminds us of the Legion Y545 variant.

The body dimensions of the legion 5 pro are quite large. With a powerful physique. Although the laptop's body size is 16 inches, it is not too dissimilar to the dimensions of a 15-inch laptop. It is quite thick and weighs about 2.45 kg. This item is classified as heavy and is not suitable for mobile activities.

Connectivity and portability

The legion pro 5 differs slightly from the other legion series in that it has a USB Type-C port (USB 3.2 Gen 2 and DisplayPort 1.4.) and a 3.5 mm audio port on the left side. There is only one USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port on the right side. The port also includes an E-shutter stick, which is useful for disabling webcam cameras when privacy is a concern.

There are three USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports on the back of the body, one of which supports Always-on USB Charging to recharge the battery of other devices when the laptop is turned off. There are also USB-C ports (USB 3.2 Gen 2, DisplayPort 1.4, power delivery), HDMI 2.1, RJ45, and charging ports but Legion 5 Pro does not include a SD Memory Port
Keyboard Lenovo Legion 5 Pro.

The 16-inch screen width, with a slightly larger ratio compared to the 16:9 aspect ratio screen 2K 2K 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution display, stands out from this laptop, so the display will be very stunning and sharp.

Lenovo Legion 5 Pro has a 165Hz refresh rate, which is useful when playing games. Other features of the Legion 5 Pro include Dolby Vision support, HDR 400, Free-Sync, and G-Sync.

Legion 5 Pro keyboard has a good distance for both work and gaming, Legion 5 Pro keyboard has RGB lights that can be adjusted, and lenovo legion 5 pro trackpad is large, fast, and almost silent.

Audio Lenovo Legion 5 Pro has 2x2W speakers with Nahimic 3D Audio as a replacement for Dolby Atmos for gaming, and they are quite clear in their class.

Lenovo legion 5 pro also has a Smart Performance menu to monitor laptop performance when it is in use, so there is no need to waste time just by activating the menu to get the best performance analysis when it is in use.

Lenovo legion 5 pro features conservation mode, which is useful for controlling charging to a certain level, rapid charge, which is useful for speeding up battery charging, and flip to start, which is useful for saving time when starting activities with lenovo legion 5 pro.
Lenovo Legion 5 Pro features an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 6GB graphics card, 16GB RAM that can be upgraded to 32GB, SSD storage capacity M.2 2280 PCIe 3.04 NVMe with an additional 1TB capacity one M.2 slot if required.
